Data Entry Clerk and Verifier (Part-Time, Home Based)

DMT is seeking an experienced and energetic Part-Time Data Entry Clerk and Verifier to join our team. This is a home based position covering the following hours:

• 12:00am - 6:00am, 3 Days per Week

Working from home you will be responsible for the timely and accurate transfer of confidential information between various computer applications. You must have a personal computer with reliable high speed internet connection, and no distractions or responsibilities during the hours of work. You must be a resident of Winnipeg or the surrounding area in order to attend a 1-2 week onsite training course and quarterly meetings at our head office.

The position involves…

  • Transferring and verifying information 
  • Limited interpretation of the information, in order to make decisions on information transfer
  • Accuracy and completeness of information transferred
  • Responding to requests within defined times
  • Escalation of issues to Manager as required
  • Providing feedback for continuous improvement 
  • Working independently 
  • Initial training will take place at head office plus periodic check-point meetings and training 
  • Must be able to provide a certified criminal background record check
