Human Resources Coordinator / Receptionist

DMT is seeking a mature and energetic individual for the combined role of Human Resources Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. This individual will work alongside the Administrative and Finance department and reports to the Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support of the HR department, front desk receptionist duties, and assisting with general office administration as required.

HR Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day support in the recruitment process including:
    • Reviewing and posting of current open positions
    • Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
    • Conducting reference checks for potential candidates
    • Preparing and reviewing the orientation package with new employees and follow-up on required documentation
    • Updating current job descriptions, policy manuals, and other related HR documentation
  • Completion of HR KPI’s
  • Management of vacation and sick day reporting
  • Updating SharePoint and company directory
  • Creating Attask user accounts
  • Involvement in the Workplace Safety and Health Program


  • Greeting and directing visitors, distribution of internal and external mail, courier of documents/packages
  • Assisting with corporate travel, hotel reservations and booking meetings as needed
  • Ordering of office and stationary supplies, cleaning supplies
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and meeting rooms
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
