Glen Demetrioff
President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder

Glen is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and founder of DMT Development Systems Group Inc. An industry veteran, Demetrioff began his automotive career at the helm of a Toyota & Lexus dealership where he recognized the opportunity to better equip salespeople with the information and digital tools required to create an outstanding customer experience. As a young dealership executive, Demetrioff challenged the status-quo and wrote the first suite of software applications that helped propel his dealership to Canada-wide distinction. In 1996, he established DMT as a disrupter of traditional process and over the past 20 years has led the company with extraordinary product vision to fuel an unprecedented growth curve that has resulted in acquiring more than 1,600 clients in 23 languages in 30 countries on 3 continents from offices in Canada, the United Kingdom, and France.

An active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), Glen is also involved in a number of philanthropic initiatives including the Salvation Army, the Children’s Hospital Foundation, The Christmas Cheer Board, The Children’s Wish Foundation, and Lutheran Church–Canada.

Audrey Lampertz
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Audrey is responsible for developing senior leadership, overseeing sales and marketing, customer service touch points, R&D, solutions delivery, finance, and human resources for DMT’s global operations. With 30 years of IT & business management experience, Audrey offers an extensive background in business development and account management, and has held executive positions in the Canadian operations of an international management and IT consulting firm. Prior to that, she served as general manager of the Winnipeg branch of a North American systems integration consulting company.

Audrey graduated with distinction from Brandon University with a double major in computer science and mathematics, has completed numerous other academic courses including the Queen’s Executive Program, and is Pragmatic Marketing certified. Known as a coach and mentor, she has developed and delivered a variety of educational seminars in Information Technology tools and methods.

Dale Lacombe
Executive Vice President, Corporate Sales

Dale is responsible for DMT’s Canadian OEM clients. Prior to joining DMT, he held senior management and executive roles at PwC LLP and Emerging Information Systems Inc. (EISI), as well as leading international sales and professional services teams serving clients in the automotive, manufacturing, financial services and public sector markets throughout North America for an accumulated 26 years of experience in the technology and consulting sectors.

Dale holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (finance and marketing) with honors from the University of Manitoba. He is an active board member of the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, having served as Chair of the President’s Advisory Committee on Health since 2011.

Glen Grist
Vice President, Dealer Sales & Support

As Vice President, Dealer Sales & Support Services, Glen is responsible for DMT’s Dealer Sales division which includes overseeing a regional sales force, training staff, Dealer Care and Client Services teams for DMT’s Canadian dealer clients. Glen joined DMT with a background in supporting retail dealer networks and deep experience in managing the sales process of vital IT productivity tools, giving him the perspective to build, motivate and manage a national sales force dedicated to DMT’s automotive dealer customers. His résumé includes leadership roles at Xerox Global Services and national sales and account management roles at telecom giant MTS Allstream.

With an MBA and undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba, Glen frequently returns to his alma mater as a dynamic teaching resource. He is actively involved in his local community as a member of his area’s association board, the school’s parent guild, and as chair of the school’s grad committee.

Serge Goncalves
Senior Director, Finance

Serge oversees DMT’s administration, finance, and human resources functions. With more than 20 years of experience in senior roles in accounting and finance within various industries including hospitality and manufacturing, he has been at DMT since 2007.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), Serge holds a diploma in Business Administration (Accounting) from Red River College and a Certified Management Accountant Designation from CMA Manitoba. He also serves as volunteer treasurer for the Manitoba chapter of Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit working to end child hunger.
