WINNIPEG (February 28, 2013) – Dale Lacombe, a senior executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership, will head the North American sales efforts of DMT Development Systems Group Inc. as the company builds on its success offering sophisticated information management systems to the world’s auto manufacturers.
Lacombe steps into the newly-created position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Sales on March 4, 2013, and will oversee the entire DMT client portfolio with special responsibility for the company’s relationship with carmakers in Canada and the U.S. He will oversee new business development and current relationship management as well as staffing, forecasting and new market opportunities. DMT serves 10 car manufacturers in North America as well as a growing number of carmakers in Europe.
A native of Winnipeg, Lacombe brings intimate knowledge of information system sales and business development to the new position from more than a decade of sales and product management in both Canada and the U.S. His in-depth experience providing enterprise IT solutions for multi-national organizations focused on business-to-business growth aligns perfectly with the needs of North America’s auto industry. He joins DMT from PwC LLP, where he was a managing director in the Winnipeg office.

A graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.), Finance and Marketing, Lacombe has studied extensively the fields of sales, management and leadership. He has strong roots in the community, including as a director of Manitoba Start (ESI Inc.) and the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce.
