Mitsubishi Canada enhances customer contact with DMT lead management system

WINNIPEG (October 14, 2014) — Mitsubishi dealers across Canada will have the tools to respond to each and every new car sales inquiry in a prompt, thorough and professional manner thanks to an agreement between Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario, and DMT Development Systems Group Inc. of Winnipeg.

RAPID! Response, the most comprehensive lead management and tracking system ever devised for dealers and car companies, will be installed in all 88 Mitsubishi Canada dealers by the end of the fourth quarter of 2014, the two companies announced.

RAPID! Response can consolidate sales leads from numerous digital sources and deliver them right to a salesperson’s smartphone, tablet or personal computer for immediate assessment and action. Sales managers in turn can monitor the salesperson’s response for speed and quality regardless of the device utilized to create the response. All information is provided in real time to monitor the lead response. 

“Many of our dealers have been using RAPID! Response for more than a year now with great results. E-lead response times have been reduced and responses are more concise and meet the customers’ concerns in a professional manner. This has led to a better all-round customer experience and increased sales opportunities for the dealer,” says Tony Laframboise, vice president of sales and marketing for Mitsubishi. Sales for Mitsubishi in Canada set a record in 2013 with 21,104 units and sales continue strong in 2014 with a 4.3 per cent increase through August.

Response system – the ability to quickly direct leads right to the salesperson, delivery of a high quality, timely and customized response message, and real-time reporting on both the speed and quality of the response – combine to ensure vital sales leads don’t slip through dealers’ fingers, says DMT president Glen Demetrioff.
