Corporate Account Analyst - Media Site Portfolio (UK)

DMT is seeking a bilingual Corporate Account Analyst to work out of our Bracknell Office. You must be a self-starter with above average relationship building and communication skills and will be required to complete a wide range of tasks. Reporting to the Sr. Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing existing global accounts, maintaining superior customer service and for overall account management activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record in either Automotive Sales, Complex IT Solutions Sales and/or Corporate Account Management. As a member of our Corporate Account Management team you will be tasked with developing solid relationships with our clients. The portfolio includes major automotive brands such as Volvo Cars Corporation, Nissan Europe, Honda Europe, Kia Motors America, Groupe Renault and others. Travel will be required within Europe and occasionally to North America. 

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support to our European Clients in both English and French
  • On-going communication with clients (email, in-person and phone) and managing client expectations
  • Uncovering and exploring opportunities that ensure client and DMT success
  • Organizing and conducting project or application meetings - internal and/or with clients
  • Creating reports by extracting data from business applications and presenting them to clients at an executive level
  • Understanding and communicating the features and benefits of all DMT Media Site applications and/or functionality to clients or potential clients
  • Providing project scope fundamentals specific to features and functionality
  • Routinely visit clients to build and enhance professional relationships
  • Achieving project and tactical targets/goals set by Media Site Leadership Team

Skill Set

You are and experienced Account Analyst who:

  • Has French and English native speaking and writing abilities
    • Additional languages are a strong asset
  • Possesses exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Has strong account management and sales abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing (Automotive preferred)
  • Able to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with different personality types
  • Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and disciplined in execution
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and interact with all levels of the business

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Corporate Account Management and/or,
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Automotive Sales/Sales Management and/or,
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Complex IT Solutions selling
  • Relevant University Degree or College Diploma
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office; including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience of the Public Relations industry an asset
  • Experience in working with both sales and delivery teams and asset
  • Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
