Implementation Project Manager

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Implementation Project Manager will coordinate projects related to Sales initiatives including Demos, Pilots and Rollouts within DMT. Project Management responsibilities include coordinating the necessary resources and identifying the project needs from all departments within the company, with the goal of successfully completing the project. Their role is vital to the continued growth of DMT.


  • Leading external customer projects
  • Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for project planning, documenting, monitoring, reporting, risk management and managing project resources and deliverables to ensure successful rollouts of products within North America and Europe
  • Interfacing with our Sales, Product, Implementation, Technical, Training and dealer care teams
  • Contributing to the development of a suitable project management methodology for the Sales Operations team, including documentation and reporting
  • Tracking project actuals and leveraging this information to estimate future project effort
  • Maintaining contact with OEM accounts on a regular basis where required
  • Leading large projects and/or many variable sized projects at the same time
  • Developing and managing project plans, including estimating and controlling
  • Performing risk analysis and create mitigation plans and strategies
  • Managing project scope and changes in alignment with our customers’ needs
  • Liaising between the business community and the development team to assure successful customer solutions are developed
  • Problem solving and creative solution development
  • Furthering the company’s best practices in this discipline
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Project Management coursework and/or PMP is an asset but not required. Consideration will be given to candidates with appropriate years of experience.
  • Automotive industry experience or interest is an asset but not required
