Inside Sales Representative

The Role:

Reporting to the Vice President, Business Development, the Inside Sales Representative develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the automotive market to increase sales of products and/or services.

Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Contact partners and potential customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company
  • Match programs/products to customer requirements, and close contracts for defined programs
  • Ensure handoffs to inside/outside sales, development and support are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional
  • Customer research in the form of mystery shopping on line with company-based scripts
  • Develop sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability


  • Must have minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or sales support role and 2 years in customer service, public speaking or training role
  • Associate degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written), experience confirming appointments
  • Automotive, RV, or Motorcycle sales experience and/or enthusiast
  • Highly organized
  • Ambitious, self-driven, customer-focused and independent
  • Spanish knowledge is an asset
  • Location: Dallas, Texas
  • Daily commute will be to Waxahachie, Texas
