Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development of effective product, brand and overall communication strategies in support of corporate positioning and growth initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will be expected to collaborate with other cross functional teams within the organization and assist in building the agency landscape to help foster a cohesive, passionate and highly efficient marketing team.


  • Gain a deep understanding of DMT’s business, product solutions and corporate culture to ensure all marketing activities are in alignment with DMT’s overall business objectives
  • As one of the stewards of the brand you will participate in the ongoing management, control, and enforcement of the company’s corporate identity guidelines
  • Along with our chosen agency partners, assist in the management and execution of all above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) media planning and execution including: print, out of home, digital (search, display, rich media, contextual, video, email) experiential, event and guerilla activations
  • Assist in organizing the current marketing content landscape and work to optimize and standardize all existing client facing communications such as presentations, proposals, training materials and other collateral 
  • Steer the defined creative direction within all marketing touchpoints ensuring a consistent, authentic and relevant message is being communicated always across all channels
  • Identify and work within our marketing funnel principles to ensure we are monitoring, measuring and optimizing all communication activities
  • Liaise with our internal teams and external Public Relations partners for the creation and development of corporate press releases and other PR opportunities
  • Be prepared to challenge the conventional thinking when it comes to B2B marketing and bring new innovative and entrepreneurial marketing ideas to DMT


  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or related discipline with 3+ years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated success in marketing, communications and administration
  • Thrives in a fast pace, high energy technology driven environment
  • Excellent organization skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a motivated team, handle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, keen to continuously learn and improve
  • Possess superb analytical and creative skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of adobe creative suite considered an asset
