Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the development and execution of effective product, brand and overall communication strategies in support of corporate positioning and growth initiatives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with other cross functional teams within the organization on all aspects of traditional and digital marketing initiatives, managing multiple projects from inception through delivery and post campaign analysis.


  • Gain a deep understanding of DMT’s business, product solutions and corporate culture to ensure all marketing activities are in alignment with DMT’s overall business objectives
  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategy in consultation with the Vice President of Global Marketing and all business units
  • Continuously research and identify current marketing trends that help optimize our reach to our target audience.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to recommend new platforms and marketing channels
  • As one of the stewards of the brand you will oversee the ongoing management, control, and enforcement of the company’s corporate identity guidelines and brand standards to ensure a consistent appearance and tone across all existing client facing communications
  • Along with our chosen agency partners, assist in the management and execution of all above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) media planning and execution including: print, out of home, digital (search, display, rich media, contextual, video, email) experiential, event and guerilla activations
  • Review KPI’s with management and identify and work within our marketing funnel principles to ensure we are monitoring, measuring and optimizing all communication activities
  • Manage and optimize expenditure of the monthly marketing budget and challenge agency vendors and partners for value add
  • When necessary – assist in researching and onboarding suitable agency partners to build a network of creative thinkers that will assist in our growth
  • Be prepared to challenge the conventional thinking when it comes to B2B marketing and bring new innovative and entrepreneurial marketing ideas to DMT


  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or related discipline with 6+ years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing marketing and communications across multiple channels
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to showcase a strong understanding of the media landscape both earned and paid
  • You are both a strategic and creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail in execution and quality assurance
  • Possess knowledge in analytics and believe measurement and applicable data is a key attribute for effective marketing 
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record and accountable for managing marketing budgets
  • Self-starter with strong cross-functional leadership skills needed to coordinate teams of people efficiently and effectively
  • Thrives in a fast pace, high energy technology-driven environment
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, keen to continuously learn and improve
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of adobe creative suite considered an asset
  • Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset
