Sr. Corporate Account Manager (UK)

The Sr. Corporate Account Manager (“Sr. CAM”) will be responsible for supporting and growing corporate automotive accounts, including maintaining superior customer service, overall account management and development of the portfolio which could be either based in UK or Pan-E accounts. As such, the ability to travel within Europe on a monthly basis will be required. The Sr. CAM possesses successful senior account management and sales experience of IT complex solutions with multiple major accounts. Experience with Sales Pipeline management, Miller Heiman Large Account Management practices (or equivalent), knowledge of Salesforce and a second European language are requirements for the role.

Based out of our office in Bracknell, the Sr. CAM will work closely with our UK Regional Managers and Dealer Care teams, along with our corporate account team in Winnipeg, Canada, Head Office in the development and support of these international clients.

Responsibilities

Account Planning & Management

  • Active account management including working with the client onsite in project delivery and planning activities
  • Provide direction and oversight to the delivery teams working on the client deliverables
  • Lead and execute large account management plans (strategy down to tactical execution)
  • Develop and deliver client presentations (from project status, to new project plans, to longer range opportunities)
  • Prepare and present new statements of work
  • Facilitate a healthy renewal of reoccurring revenue
  • Conduct opportunity assessments; Facilitate Bid/No-Bid processes
  • Lead and prepare proposals as required
  • Work with other departments to ensure effective regular communication and processes are in place and being adhered to
  • Identify and implement synergies in terms of product go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrate that DMT is a client partner that brings business value day in, day out
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with key accounts
  • Participate and/or lead client contract renewals including financials
  • Present and articulate ideas to executive staff (DMT and client)
  • Participate in regional / national OEM/dealer meetings

Financial Management

  • Prepare account budgets in alignment with account plans
  • Prepare accurate rolling 12-month monthly sales forecasts
  • Responsible for timely submission of account sales forecasts
  • Conduct review of sales forecasts with Sr. Director
  • Work with finance to initiate timely invoicing
  • Support finance with Corporate Account receivables as necessary
  • Setup and review post project analysis and budgets

Delivery

  • Provide project priority input to delivery teams
  • Ensure timely decisions are provided to delivery teams
  • Provide guidance to delivery teams as needed with respect to client requirements
  • Ensure high client satisfaction

Reporting

  • Facilitate weekly account reviews with Sr. Director
  • Highlights of account
    • Review of account strategy and progress
    • Customer Satisfaction / Account Health
    • Customer dynamics (staff changes, funding situation, etc.)
    • Delivery Status
    • Sales Pipeline (projects, maintenance)
    • Financial Forecast
    • Activity from Last Period
    • Planned activity for next period
  • Submit timely expense reports adhering to company policies

Travel Expectations

  • Travel from DMT UK office to UK based OEMs
  • Variable travel to existing and prospective accounts within Europe (approximately 10-25% per month)
